The space Take a jump into tiny home living inside the SEA LA VIE! From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE, as if you just stepped onto the set of your very own tiny house show. Features highlighted in this home include the bungalow beach house style and layout provides enough space for up to 4 people to sleep here comfortable. The patio is very large for outdoor relaxation. The home is situated on a 14 acre property with a fruit orchard, organic garden, bass stocked fishing pond, and lush floral gardens with breathtaking scenery. Come experience "Glamping" at it's finest. We have all the luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel yet in the most beautiful scenic outdoor setting with the perfect night sky where truly the stars are as big as Texas. We have over 15 species of birds on property including but not limited to Bluejays, Cardinals, Robins, Hummingbirds, Red-headed woodpeckers and much more. We have bass stocked fishing! (Fishing is only allowed from the banks not on the dock). We will have freshly picked flowers from our garden (in season only) and come eat off our fruit trees (in season only). This is a nature lover's paradise and we have something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. The neighboring property has beautiful horses, longhorns and cute donkeys. Bring some carrots and apples and they will love you. Perfect for romantic getaways for couples and for family gatherings as well. Some of our tiny homes in our community are also for sale. Same models designed to your specifications can be built to order. If you loved staying here, please inquire about purchasing a tiny home and putting it on our property or your own. We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with complimentary coffee, a fold-out dining table, and living room couch sitting area, entire space equipped with wireless internet. We have internet TV in both lofts for all of your entertainment needs. All sleep areas have comfortable mattresses with the softest sheets. The guest suite and master suite are both lofted and are also equipped with a 32" Smart TV. We want you to enjoy the outdoors so we have lounging areas outside. We also have a washer and dryer in the bathroom with complimentary detergent provided. Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, hairdryer and more. Guest access All guests are freely allowed to roam the property as desired in regards to nature viewing and activities. There is a white house on the property that is off limits. Please do not enter the pond or the pier and fishing is catch and release only from the banks. All children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times. The camp fire pit closer to the lake is for the guest to use. The fire pit and hammock near the main house is not for the guests to use. Thanks for your understanding in advance. Other things to note We are on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin. Visitor Parking allowed in front of the concrete space near the tiny house office limit 2 cars.
