The space This historic, spacious junior one bedroom apartment and kitchen comes stocked with the necessary utensils for cooking meals, clean linens and toiletries, along with wi-fi and smart TV access. A king size bed, and a fold out futon sleep 4 comfortably. Other amenities include a full bathroom, simple climate controls, and a smart lock for easy entry/exit. Guest access With countless breweries and restaurants located in Downtown alone, Asheville's best food and drink spots are within short walking distance of your stay. Check our guide book for ideas on where to stop. This location comes with *one* complimentary parking spot located directly in front of the apartment. The alley you will turn into for parking is relatively narrow, and we recommend taking your time pulling in and out of your space. This spot might require you to parallel park, and we ask that you leave enough space behind you for another car to park as well. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!
