Other things to note This home is best suited for families, friend groups, and quiet gatherings. No parties or events. No wood fires allowed during wildfire season without burn permit - the propane fire pits and pellet stove can be used year round. The pool is not heated, but there is a hot tub that works great. Deer, turkeys, and other wildlife will also migrate through the property but are harmless. Bears have not been an issue but will go for the dumpster if it’s not locked.
