This cozy Cooper home is perfect your next trip to the HUB city! Relax in this stylish and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with an office space with a printer/scanner, Wi-Fi, and all basic amenities you will need for your stay. Spend your days shopping, visiting our local wineries and eateries, or relaxing and watching your favorite show or movie on our comfy couch ;) The space Welcome to our cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath newley re-decorated home. This home is conveniently located on the South side of Lubbock in the Cooper-Ridge neighborhood of off 108th St., between Indiana and University Avenue. It is a 10 minute drive to Texas Tech University and the medical district and a 10 minute drive to the South Plains Mall and most other places. Several grocery stores, such as, Walmart, HEB, and Marketstreet, are within minutes of driving, along with many great restaurants. In our space you will find a 60” flat screen TV in the living room with access to Netflix and Disney Plus via our Xbox. Free WIFI. We have one master bedroom with a king-size bed. One guest bedroom with a queen size bed. One guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds, and an office with a printer/scanner, 40" smart tv, and twin sized bed. We also have a very large sectional in the living room which could easily sleep two additional people. There are 2 full bathrooms. For parking we have a garage which fits one car with additional parking in front of the home on the street. Our guests will enjoy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, as well as, a blow dryer in each bathroom. Our home is stocked with clean towels, kitchen utensils and skillets for cooking simple meals, and the essentials, such as, salt, pepper, and sugar. We also have a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and coffee filters. Please bring your own favorite coffee and creamer. Our home is also extremely clean, as we take the cleanliness very seriously. A washer and dryer with laundry pods are also available for your convenience. Also, any damages to home made by guests will require reimbursement. Pets are welcome in the backyard but we do not have a crate or anything to keep them in. Long haired pets or untrained pets are NOT allowed inside the home. Please dispose of the pet waste. We have paper towels and plastic bags in the pantry. The dumpster is located behind the home. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note Late checkout fee is $150 if you need it and there’s no other guest checking in the same day. Late checkout fee will need to be paid in advance. Thank you. Any damages made by guests to home or property will be need to be reimbursed. Please follow checkout instructions or an added cleaning fee will occur. Do not tamper with outdoor security cameras.
