Cute 2 bedroom bungalow 15 mins from the beach, sleeps 6, nice pool in backyard, kayaks and bikes for your use, stores & restaurants very close by The space This is a cute ranch-style home that has been completely renovated in the past few years...and new granite kitchen counter top and cupboards. It's cozy and roomy at the same time...and light and airy. With 2 bedrooms (Master with King-size bed and Guest room with queen-size bed) and futon couch in the "playroom" area (that is VERY comfortable with a super thick mattress.) Even the couch in the living room/family room area is wide and comfortable enough to sleep on. So, the house would sleep very comfortably at least 6. The living area leads off onto the patio through etched glassed-in french doors, which allow a lot of light to shine through during the day. The pool is so inviting and relaxing with its jets...as well as windchimes that create an even more peaceful atmosphere. There is a barbecue grill for you to use as well as lots of little areas for sunning, eating with friends, reading a book, or drinking your morning coffee. Guest access The guests will have the house to themselves. A third bedroom will be locked off which contains my personal things. This is my home most months of the year. I will be traveling but will be available for questions or help if anything should come up. There is also an efficiency on the property that may be rented out at the same time, and, if so, the renters will also have access to the backyard/pool area. Other things to note There are several cruiser bikes available as well as 3 kayaks if you have a way to transport them to the kayaking areas which are not far away...all that info can be given to you more specifically once you book. If you are not an avid kayaker, I would not suggest going alone as the currents can be pretty rough here and you have to understand the tides.
