Detached Carriage House in Meridian-Kessler

Welcome to our detached carriage house in Meridian- Kessler's quiet historic neighborhood! Here you'll find completely separate living quarters including a large studio apartment, full bathroom, and kitchen items including coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The 800 square foot studio contains a soft king size bed. Queen blow up or pack n play provided upon request. TV with free over-the-air channels and Netflix/Amazon Prime content (no cable) is available for your use. The space This carriage house apartment is located on the second level of our detached garage. It is one large room that is best suited to two adults, with room for kids if needed. A pack-n-play is available upon request. Guest access You will have access through private entry to the carriage house. You are also free to use the courtyard space between the main house and your door. Here you'll find an outdoor dining table and fire pit. Other things to note Street parking is always available, but this area is fabulous for walking to meals, shopping, and the Monon (our greenway). 5 minutes from Butler University or Broad Ripple Village. 15 minutes to downtown. Our place is centrally located to lots of fabulous places at 54th/Monon, 49th/Pennsylvania, and 46th/Illinois. Please see guidebook for lots of recommendations!
