Picturesque Pool Home in Paseo Resort Fort Myers

Come and enjoy this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath pool home on a lake with a view of the preserve, located in the beautiful resort of Paseo. Enjoy the sunrise each morning while sipping your morning beverage from the lanai, or the twilight from the spa with a glass of wine. Then head over to the Tiki bar for music or have dinner at the pub, take in a movie followed by a stop at the ice cream parlor before walking back home. The space You will have access to all the amenities that Paseo offers: Full gym, yoga, pilates, spa, salon, lap pool, lagoon pool, kiddie pool, restaurants, ice cream parlor, movie theater with popcorn, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, business center, and a concierge to help you find your way around or book dinner reservations for you. We have a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ grill for those who enjoy the culinary arts or simply entertaining. The salt water heated pool and spa are located steps from the back door with an enclosed lanai and weekly pool service. We have bikes, helmets, locks for us, that we are happy to share with you. The house was furnished in Fall of 2018. Guest access You will have the whole single family one story ranch home to yourselves, in this lovely gated community. You will also have access to all of the Amenities Paseo has to offer. Other things to note This is a gated community, a signed separate lease is required for access to the property. There is no smoking or vaping on our property. The next door neighbors can see into the lanai. There is a washer and dryer on the property for your use. Paseo charges an additional $100 fee for access to the amenities. This fee is payable directly to Paseo by the guest.
