This gorgeous basement suite with private entry can sleep up to 4 and includes one bedroom, a living room, kitchenette, dining area and a bathroom, as well as the fenced in back patio with Cheyenne Mountain view. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base with a massage feature, and a 43" smart TV. The living room has a sofa bed with memory foam queen sized mattress, a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon accounts, a coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave. The space The Bedroom This room has a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base that has a massage feature. The bedding is 100% cotton, and will allow you to enjoy this comfortable bed to its best. There is a dresser and clothes rack to store/hang your clothes and a desk with enough space to work on your laptop. I also provide a Graco Pack'n Play for your little one if you need it. Living Room The sofa in the living room has a queen size memory foam mattress that can be pulled out easily for additional sleeping area. 100% cotton linens and pillows are provided for you to use on this sofa bed. In addition to the sofa bed, there are a couple of chairs, one of which is a leather Lazy-Boy recliner. Bathroom Cute bathroom with spacious shower and updated shower head. Fresh bath towels, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided. Dining Area A small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, coffee mugs and disposable plates and plastic ware are provided. Coffee, tea and creamer is available for all guests. Back Patio There is also a back patio with a fire pit available for use. Please text you would like to use the fire pit, as we do not permit on high risk days. Guest access WiFi is provided, and smart tv will allow you to login to your own account for various services such as Hulu, YouTube, etc. I have a Netflix account you can use - The Guest Profile. I also have an Amazon account, you can access my Amazon Video Library for available movies. Parking There is room for 1 car to park in the driveway. Additional cars must park on the street. (There is plenty of street parking.) If you are interested in a long term stay and/or want to have access to the full kitchen and/or the laundry room (which are shared areas with me), please inquire about it. Other things to note City of Colorado Springs Permit #: STR.0271 Guest Private Entry: The suite has a keyless entry and located in the backyard, access through the lit pathway on the right side of the house (when facing the front of the house). You can check-in anytime using this private entry after 4pm on the day of your check-in. Potential Noise Sometimes: Above the basement suite, I have two elementary school age boys that live with me part time. If your reservation falls on a week I have them here, you will hear happy kids playing and sometimes fighting. If you are someone who cannot live with that, my place may not be a good match for you. Also note that bedtime is 9pm, and you can be sure that you will not hear them after that time. No pets are allowed in the suite due to health issues that I and my children have.
