Designed and set up for Airbnb guests, this spacious house w/ 2600 SQFT has 6 bedrooms ( the master suite has its' private bathroom & entrance) and 3 full baths. The owners live off this property. The space The house is in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenience area! - Tons of shoppings and grocery stores near by. Toyato Center, Hwy 121 and North Dallas Toll way closed by. Guest access Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a private bedroom for rent! This room is fully furnished with quality furniture and located in one story house. It has a queen size bed with good quality mattress & boxspring; comfy comforter and bedding set; a nice desk and matched chic night stand & dresser and more. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The bathroom is shared w/ 2 guests if all booked during your stay. During your stay If you are in need of something or have any questions during your stay we can be reached any time. Please provide your name, room number, and the house address. We manage multiple properties and this information will help us know who you are and where you are staying. Other things to note Make sure to review our house rules prior to booking ( see below)! --There’s only one parking spot available per booking. --For kitchen use: Simple meals or any light meals (no heavy fry stove-top cookings) Kindly Note Before Booking: This property hosts both male and female guests, with each staying in separate rooms. You may encounter other guests in shared spaces such as the kitchen, hallways, or living areas. Joy & Andrew's HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1. Because of the carpet in the bedroom so No outdoor shoes to be worn inside of the bedroom. Bring your own indoor slippers etc. 2. Only keep water in your room - Any food, snacks or other drinks must be eaten at the dining area in the kitchen. 3. Keep your bathroom clean; take out your own bathroom trash to the trash bin in the back alley. 4. If you use the kitchen: - Only simple meals or light cookings - Microwave, boil water; no heavy stove-top cooking! - Clean up the kitchen after every use - leave it as clean as you found it. - Take out the trash when it is full to the trash bin in the backyard (go through the door of the kitchen). Don't leave it for others to do! 5. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (including common areas like kitchen, laundry and bathroom.) Do NOT do laundry during quiet time. 6. Take extra care of room keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee for $50. 7. Take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 8. 100% NO smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the house.
