You also have access to the shared courtyard space with patio tables and benches, as well as the free shared laundry area. Other things to note • This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. • This is a large apartment (1000 sq.ft). It is ideal for 3-6 adult guests but can accommodate up to 10 guests. We recommend full capacity only for short stays, as it will feel very much like a slumber party. As Airbnb began with an air mattress in the founder’s kitchen, we provide sleeping accommodations for up to 10 but this does mean sleeping on the convertible sofa bed & floor mattresses. • Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if such behavior sets off the central alarm system.
