This 4 bedroom 2 bath house comes with a covered boat slip and a platform on the dock to swim from. It's a lake front home set on Lake Chatuge in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains. Upstairs there is a King and a Queen bedroom while downstairs there is a Queen with twin bunk beds and a bedroom with two twin beds. Sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee before you set out to explore the area, and in the evening come in and rest by the wood burning fireplace downstairs. In order to consider pets in our rental, we would need some additional information. What is the breed of your pet? How old is the pet and how much does it weigh? We would need information concerning your flea control treatment for your pet. We agree to consider pets in our rentals under these conditions: 1) there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee. 2) there is an additional $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. 3) Pet must remain crated when unattended. 4) pet is not allowed on any furniture, and you will be held responsible for all damages to the property. 5) If you bring in any undeclared pets, there will be a charge of $200 per pet added to your stay. There is a maximum of two pets per household. No unauthorized parties, underage drinking and/or controlled substances of any kind will be permitted.
