Charming large studio apartment above garage in a lovely country setting and quiet neighborhood with private entry and large sundeck. Adjacent to bike path (which is wonderful for mornings walk with your coffee!) , 1.5 miles from URI, 8 minutes from Amtrak (can walk the bike path from the Kingston, RI train station to our door - about 2.5 miles), 5 miles to many South County beaches. About 10 miles to Newport and 30 miles to Providence. There's much to explore and do in the South County area! Guest access You have a separate and totally private entrance to the apartment and deck. We love to share our space, please feel free to enjoy the yard - there's even a small pond in the back.! Other things to note Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are available.
