Welcome to a charming and cozy “Lazy Bear Cabin”, minutes away from Big Bear Lake, Bear Valley, and Snow Summit ski resorts as well as major stores/restaurants. This 4-season cabin is great for friends’ get-togethers, private family gatherings, or romantic getaways into the solitude of the business of nearby cities. Come experience the perfect getaway, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, beautiful hikes, and water activities in Big Bear Lake, & make memories of a lifetime! The space Our cabin is equipped with: - Hot tub suited for 6 people including one lounger. - outdoor grill (propane tanks are provided, if one needs to be refilled we ask the guest to have them refilled down the street and we will reimburse you for the cost) - seating area with an umbrella for private gatherings and starry night observations, - level 2 electric car charger, - 65” TV with major streaming services (Netflix, Apple TV, etc), - kitchen with quality appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer). • Linens, towels, and spa towels are provided. • High-speed internet (200mbps/download), • Our bathroom has all the necessities; shower, sink, and toilet. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. • Kitchen includes pots and pans, bakeware, silverware, and microwave. This is our home so we leave some dry ingredients in our cabinet, please help yourself if needed. • Laundry machine & dryer is available for use (laundry detergent is not provided) • There is NO central air conditioning (A/C), like many Big Bear homes. • We do not provide firewood for the fireplace. Firewood can be bought in almost any local grocery or general store. • heating is available in the house. • The bathroom is located on the 1st floor and two bedrooms are on 2nd floor Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There is a fenced in backyard and driveway in the front of the house. Other things to note Big Bear Lake has strict noise and occupancy rules. If noise complaints or other code violations are called in, Code Compliance officers have the power to evict renters at their discretion without a refund. Violations may result in full-party eviction. The house entrances are monitored by cameras. They are as follows: 1) All music must be kept at a level that cannot be heard past the fence line. 2)Hot tub use is off-limits between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Unfortunately, these are city ordinances that I have no control over. If we are cited for non-compliance, you (the Guest) will be fined up to $1,500. Registration Details CESTRP-2020-01462
