Welcome to this peaceful oasis in Hampton Bays! Brand new gunite salt pool (only May15-Oct1, heater requires separate fees) with bluestone patio in charming landscaped backyard. Minutes from the ocean beach, bay beaches, farms and waterfront dining, and less than 2 hours from the city. The home itself is cozy and charming - with 3 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and two separate lounging/dining areas. No use of indoor fireplace permitted. Outdoor furniture is in storage between Nov - May. The space A true getaway - Beachy/cottage style ideal for relaxing with friends or family. Guest access 3 bedrooms, kitchen, full bath, half bath, living room, sunroom, laundry room. Pool (seasonal, ask about dates, fee to use pool heater based on use x cost of oil). Outdoor shower. All outdoor furniture, pool and outdoor shower are seasonal and not available between October and May. Other things to note - Garbage pickup is on Wednesdays, there are bins in the driveway for recycling and garbage. - The pool is seasonal, open from mid May-October 1st (confirm dates). The pool is cleaned weekly by M+M Pools. There is a net for your use, leaves may end up in the pool naturally. The heater has fees associated - the oil company will let me know what usage is and I can bill you directly. You won't need the heater in peak summer, pool is full sun all day! - Patio furniture + grill are covered during the winter for protection so not available prior to mid-May. - Landscapers come once a week (usually about 20 minutes). - Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard. - No alcohol, food, glass, pets or unsupervised children in the pool. - No diving or running on pool deck. - No guests beyond those on the reservation may be in the house or backyard. - Any fines for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest. - Do not move any furniture, including outdoors. - No use of indoor fire place or candles indoors. - All pets must be approved. $250 pet cleaning fee. - Please do not communicate with neighbors, any issues or questions should be directed to host. - No parties or events.
