Have been completely renovated.The back yard is a very large fenced area (5000 sq. ft.) with the pool, grills and spa shared w/ the 4 cottages. Each cottage has a very small fenced back yard. Screened porch. The tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. $100 pet fee per dog. Max 2 dogs. Max weight is 30 lbs.Certain breeds not allowed due to insurance restrictions.
