The sleeping quarters are 3 independent studio villas, each with private entrance, King bed, and private bathroom. There's also a full kitchen so you can cook while you're here. Located in a private, gated community near the beach & 10 minute drive to downtown Rosarito, restaurants, Papas & Beer, etc. The space Located in an exclusive gated community right outside of Rosarito, with ocean views from a hill overlooking the ocean. This brand new complex is ideal for spending quality time with friends or family--you'll have the entire place to yourselves, including the pool and jacuzzi. There are 3 independent studio villas, each with private entrances and private bathrooms. Each villa was professionally decorated with high end touches and your comfort in mind and includes a comfortable King bed, a seating area, Smart TV (so you can stream Netflix, etc.). Watch the sunsets from the garden bar, and cool off in the pool on a hot day. The outdoor grill is ideal for a barbecue, and the local carniceria sells everything you'll need to grill. There's a full kitchen (indoors) with full size refrigerator, stove, counter space, and indoor dining table. This is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The garden is a peaceful oasis, and you're just up the street from a sandy beach. Drive to downtown Rosarito in 10-minutes--this is a convenient location right off the toll road. A few things you should know to make sure this is the right place for you: -The jacuzzi is heated, but the pool is not. -This is a quiet residential community, and quiet hours begin at 10pm so no music or screaming is allowed past that time. We do not allow bands or events. -This property is located a 10-minute drive from downtown Rosarito, Papas 'n Beer, etc. There are no restaurants, bars, or stores within walking distance. -The base rate is for smaller groups. There is an additional fee for each guest over 4 people. Maximum of 8 people allowed. One of the villas has a sleeper sofa, so 4 people can sleep in that room with 2 on the King bed & 2 on the sleeper sofa. Please reserve for the correct number of guests as we don't allow outside visitors and strictly enforce our policies re. # of guests. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to 3 studio villas, each with its own private bathroom. The entire space is private for your group only, including outdoor gas grill & sink; pool & jacuzzi; garden with ocean view; outdoor seating, and kitchen. Other things to note We have portable propane heaters that we offer on an optional basis if you would like to stay extra warm. There is an additional $20 fee per heater for this amenity in order to fill the propane tanks.
