The space Relax in unique luxury with a master bedroom containing a one-of-a-kind headboard made from 2000-year-old California redwood, has an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower containing jets and rainfall shower head. Throughout the home, you will notice many pieces of furniture hand crafted by myself adding beauty and warmth to the space. Spend much of your time in the open concept kitchen and living room space with a huge gas fireplace and 70" smart TV. Eat and converse at the large kitchen bar while enjoying the gourmet kitchen. Or spend time on the extended balcony enjoying the amazing weather SoCal has to offer. Be sure to fill up a crystal glass with your favorite cocktail at the bar station and enjoy! Guest access You have a private garage for parking. There is also free street parking. It has one day a week for garbage and street sweeping when you can not park, so please follow the signs! Other things to note This new build is on the back lot behind the front house. It is the upstairs unit of a duplex. This location is one of four on the property. There is a front, separate house, which is also a duplex. You may see other guests on the property, but they do not share your space. There is limited driveway space to this back property. If you have a very large truck or SUV or are uncomfortable driving in tight spaces, you will find that free street parking is a better option than the garage. All bookings over 60 days are required to have a professional cleaning by my cleaner every 30 days. This is not included in the total booking price.
