Note: less than 7 days notice is an additional $50 to rush HOA Registration The space Condo is located on the Marina. It is a two bedroom - 2 bath condo with full kitchen and small table for 2. TVs in each room. Pool towels and other basic amenities are included for your use. Balcony is set up for 2 to enjoy the view of palm trees and greenery. Guest access Guests will be provided a log in code specifically for their use. We are located on the 3rd floor. The building has elevators. Parking is open to any space that is NOT a covered space. Plenty of parking with handicap access. Other things to note We have an HOA that all visitors must be registered for. There will be a couple pages of paperwork to fill out and signed by guests. Once those are returned, owner will get HOA and parking permit set up for guests.
