A large bathroom offers a walk-in shower and separate tub. ~ Lower level sleeps 7 in two bedrooms--one with a queen, one with twin bunks + single twin--plus a sleeper sofa in the den area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. ~ Separate game room sleeps 4: twin bunks + sleeper sofa. ~ We also have a half bath on the main level of the home off the living area and kitchen. 🏈 Located under an hour from both Clemson University and UGA, it’s the perfect home base for game days, graduation weekends, or an unforgettable lakeside family reunion! Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the house with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note ✅ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold. No events and no smoking inside our home.
