This listing is for 5 private bedrooms with host residing in the 2nd floor. The guest will have the entire first floor with 5 private bedrooms, shared living room and 2 shared bathrooms among guest. (MINIMUM OF 30 NIGHTS) We are located in a sub-division, nearby our home are an abundance of different local food eateries and grocery stores. The space Main Points: Abundance of Nearby Eateries Nearby Shopping Mall Back Porch w/ View of Mt. Hood Washer & Dryer Available Coffee, and Tea provided Central Air Amenities: If there are any other amenities that would make you feel more comfortable, such as shampoo & conditioner, please do not hesitate to ask! Living Spaces: As for the rest of our home, there is a back patio space that features an amazing view of Mt. Hood. Our living room & kitchen area is cozy and spacious. Food & Drink Favorites: There are a number of different places to eat and drink near our home; the Happy Valley Station food features gourmet food carts serving delicious sandwiches, salads, and more. There are also numerous different restaurants in such as Five Guys Burgers and Fries, La Costita Mexican Cuisine, and Pho Zen Vietnamese Cuisine. For drinks, Happy Hops and Valley Growers specialize in serving local craft beers. Each of these different food locations are located within a five minute driving distance of our home. Guest access Guests have access to the community room & kitchen area. There are two bathrooms & showers available to all guests. Guests also have access to the kitchen, but only light cooking is allowed. The host lives in the house and occupy the second floor. All 5 bedrooms for the guest is located on the first floor. The two bathrooms for the guest are located on the first floor. During your stay We will be present within the house on the second floor. We will only be on the first floor during the morning , other than that, we stay upstairs to give our guests privacy. If there is anything that you need, please do not hesitate to call or text us!
