Our home offers easy access to the Truckee River bike path, just minutes away. Ride or stroll the scenic route to Tahoe City or the picturesque West Shore. Spend your days playing pickleball on nearby Olympic Valley courts, hiking wildflower-lined trails, paddling on Lake Tahoe, or enjoying live music and mountain vibes at The Village at Palisades Tahoe. Styled in a warm mountain-modern aesthetic, the home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for two families or a group of friends. The south-facing deck is a summer favorite—sunny, private, and perfect for grilling, gathering, or simply soaking in the mountain air. Indoors, two custom gas fireplaces add ambiance and warmth for cool mountain nights. Sleeping arrangements include a serene primary suite with ensuite bath, two additional queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom on the west wing, and two more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a bonus lounge with kitchenette on the east wing—perfect for giving two families their own space. Extras include a garage for gear and parking, an in-unit washer and dryer, ample off-street parking, and dedicated workspaces with high-speed internet—ideal for remote workers blending work and play. Guest access Guests will have access to the full home during their stay. The house includes a garage with one spot and extra parking on the driveway. We do maintain a snow removal contract for snow removal the driveway. During snow activity, shovels are provided for guests to clear entrance/exit areas. Please note during the winter storm cycles it is expected guests will have to 'dig out' around cars and doors. I (the host) will communicate with guests during storm cycles.
