Breckenbliss Family Retreat—Access to it ALL!

This house has it all! With hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails right out the front door, you never have to go far to find an adventure all year round! Though this home is settled in a friendly neighborhood, you can easily walk to town (20 minutes on a trail/road) or you're just steps away from the free bus to town and Breckenridge Ski Resort (via the Breck Connect Gondola). Summit County STR Permit: STR20-00231 The space This house has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom on the main floor and a master bedroom upstairs with ensuite full bathroom. Note: The master bedroom is up a set of stairs but does not have a door. Dining area in kitchen has large table that can easily seat 6 but can be pulled away from the wall to seat additional people. Living area comfortably seats 7-8 on chairs and couches. TVs in living room and back room have Peacock on one and FireStick on the other; allow guests to sign in to their streaming accounts (e.g. amazon, hulu, etc.). Pet fee is $150 per pet per stay. For dogs, we provide water/food dishes, the yard is fully fenced and the kitchen has a dog door for convenience (2 dog maximum). Guest access The entire home including yard, hot tub, and patio are fully private and for guest use. No shared spaces.
