Perfect for couples or families of 3, located in a gated community next to shopping and freeways. One bedroom with a bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top) one private bathroom. Home is kept very clean, no animals and no smoking inside the house, but you may bring your pet with you if you have one. Bedroom has closet with hangers, a small side table, a nest mini Bluetooth speaker and a television that is connected to a roku. You can find the WiFi password on the wall for your convenience. The space Very minimalist. I have the basic essentials but there is very little clutter. Guest access Guests may use the bedroom they are renting, the private restroom located right next to it, the kitchen, living room & back patio. During your stay Guests can reach me by message or simply knocking on my door if it is shut. Other things to note Please lock the bottom lock when exiting.
