After a great day of riding, hiking or skiing the many great trails of the San Juan's, come home to a soak in a early 1900's era cast iron tub or a hot shower in the newly remodeled bathroom. The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing! The space The front deck is a guest favorite of this house. Enjoy your morning coffee will taking in the great views. You will have a front row seat to the 4th of July parade! In the evenings you can grill a great steak and enjoy dinner on the new deck. This is one of the few houses in town that provides off street parking! A long gravel drive should give you plenty of parking. Plus, you are walking distance to all the restaurants and shops! We have a nicely stocked kitchen with all the essentials. There are two seperate full bathrooms. The first is newly remodeled with a great walk in shower. The 2nd bathroom features a historic cast iron tub. Silverton has so much to offer. The historic Durango Silverton Narrow-gauge Railroad a family favorite. You can take a short walk and welcome it to town! The San Juan Mountains are famous for there 4wd roads and hiking trails. Not to mention backcountry skiing! We would love to see you soon!!!!!
