Gaze out the many windows to the bright green, sky and river flowing by. Enjoy the BBQ, fire pit, games, and the serene patio looking over the river. 1/4th acre shire for kiddos to explore, let go and relax in this magical river haven. Ideally located within 30 minutes of the Hoh Rainforest, Ruby, 3rd and Rialto beaches. 10 minutes from shopping. Singles & Baby ready! The space Enjoy pristine views of the river from the patio or through the living room wall of windows. Enjoy access to the river only a hop away on the public property next door. Coffee enthusiasts, enjoy a plethora of specialty coffee makers and a Keurig for convenience. Enjoy a spacious standing shower, ample closet space, a flat screen TV, movies, and cable coming very soon. The property is shared by the owners, Greg and Judy Reamer, in the red house to the left of parking, two of the nicest, laid back people you will ever meet. If you are looking for total solitude, just let us know and they will gladly let you be and if you like to get to know people, they are more than happy to meet you! There is an RV parked behind the Shire Tiny Home that you can see a bit in this photo. The owner's son, Joe lives in the RV behind Shire. They all respect your privacy. Family and baby friendly, your little ones will enjoy a clean vacation buddy bear stuffed animal, soft blankets just for them, outlet covers, a portable high chair, a baby gate and a pack in play for sleeping with the sheet included. Close to river boat fishing, beaches and prime hiking locations, it is the perfect spot for the nature enthusiast, a group or small family looking to get away in the rain forest by the serenity of the river. Do you love the sound of rain on the roof? There is nothing quite like hearing the rain on a roof while sleeping in a tiny home, warm and cozy, safe from the wet cold. Guest access The entire outside property is shared with the owners, Greg and Judy. The river access next door is public and may be used by anyone who desires to come though it is a very seldom occupied space.
