You have access to the entire home including space to grill out in the back yard. Kitchen, dining, living room, three bedrooms, and two full baths are on the first floor. Basement has a family room, washer & dryer, and one bedroom. Exceptionally close to shopping and restaurants. Pets can enjoy the fenced in back yard. We have everything you need to be comfortable here! The space Hannaford Hilton provides you with many amenities and lots of space! Relax in one of the living rooms, both equipped with Smart TVs, or take your laptop or tablet out to the breezeway or front porch. Fantastic internet speed and mesh Wi-Fi system. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with dining area or take advantage of the charcoal grill out back. We are truly a home away from home. We just got done converting our enclosed garage to an entertainment room with a pull out bed! It has recessed ceiling speakers, gas heat, Bluetooth stereo and TV receiver. We also equipped it with a dart board and lots of board games!! Guest access The primary entranceway is the ramped door to the breezeway just off the driveway with a smaller ramp into the kitchen. Both doors are secured with keypad locks. Guests are not allowed to access the garage nor south end portion of the basement. Other things to note The fireplaces in the home and breezeway heater are not functional. Outside, you are welcome to use the grill, but any other type of fire is not allowed. Smoking is allowed in the back yard. We may request additional fees for: smoking in the home, burning of candles or incense, cigarette butt liter clean up, additional cleaning services, grill cleaning, and damage to the home or property within the home including damage caused by leaving appliances on after Checkout.
