The beach looks great, restaurants and bars are opening and parasailing is back. Food truck courts are now a new addition to the beach. Live outdoor music is back. The Yucatán, Wahoo Willys, Bonita Bills, Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo are some of restaurant’s now open. Beach trolley is running. Please come and support our beach as we recover from Hurricane Ian. We are excited that you are interested in renting our house on. We are sure you will have a great time there. Paradise on Palermo is perfect for couples or families or corporate rentals and can easily accommodate groups of 8 people. Paradise on Palermo is approximately 2500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The exterior is tastefully designed with a Key West style architecture. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect sea shells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul. The house is very modern and decorated in the Tommy Bahama style. The house is located on a quiet residential street and is only a one block walk to the white sandy beaches and the Times Square entertainment district where there are numerous outdoor restaurants and bars, fishing pier and entertainment. The location could not be any better with easy access on and off the island. The house is tastefully decorated in the Tommy Bahama style with comfortable seating for all. There are two balconies for outdoor seating. The kitchen has everything to make gourmet meals and there is a Weber gas grill for grilling. There is amble seating at the large dining table. There are HD TV's in every room. We try to provide all the amenities of home and more!! The house has 3 bedrooms, a King master bedroom with a large private walk in closet and bathroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 beds. The house has a full size heated pool and a large back yard. The large pool deck is set in tropical surroundings and has lounge chairs, plenty of chairs and umbrella table. There is a large covered porch which provides a break from the sun and great with a cool drink. We have a cooler on wheels and a wagon to get your things to the beach, which is only one block away. Our house is one block from Times Square entertainment area and the beach. We are a short distance from the community park on the island, tennis courts, soccer fields, community pool with water slides for the kids and a 50 acre nature preserve with trails to the back bay, great place to watch the dolphins and birds. Our house will be great for your group. Paradise on Palermo is located on spectacular Fort Myers Beach. Fort Myers Beach stretches to Estero Island and San Carlos Island encompassing a portion of the mainland. Vacationing activities abound from the wide array of action packed water sports to the quiet relaxing sightseeing cruises. Hop aboard a jet ski, wind surfer, sailboat, or motorboat or try your hand at a parasailing adventure and enjoy a birds eye view of the islands. Take a stroll down to Times Square and check out the area's activity hub. From restaurants to T-shirt shops you'll be sure to experience the "flavor of the islands". Fort Myers Beach sunsets are too spectacular to describe and from the comfort of your private balconies are all that your senses could want. Be sure to take a walk along the public fishing pier or wade along the white sand shores. You may even spot a dolphin or two! Want a guided tour?
