The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (and coffee and tea) as well as paper cups and plates for your outdoor usage. There is a $35.00 charge that we as hosts will cover . there are added amenities fee if you elect to use the Pool and amenities. The Community Amenities Fees schedule. Children 6 and under are free. 1 day pass - $20.00 per person 3 day pass - $30.00 per person 7 day pass –$50.00 per person These fees are only applicable if you wish to use the Pool the Beaches and Courts. they should be pre-ordered as the office is not open on all days .
