There is a $35.00 charge that we as hosts will cover . there are added amenities fee if you elect to use the Pool and amenities. The Community Amenities Fees schedule. Children 6 and under are free. 1 day pass - $20.00 per person 3 day pass - $30.00 per person 7 day pass –$50.00 per person These fees are only applicable if you wish to use the Pool the Beaches and Courts. they should be pre-ordered as the office is not open on all days .
