There is an nice restaurant that you can walk to and once you are in the car many, many others. Because of it's privacy and amount of property there are animals in the vicinity, turtles, snakes, raccoons, rabbits etc. If this is a problem for you-- stop here. Minimal public transport-- you need a car. The many steps in the house, which is built into a dune, makes it neither young child or elderly friendly. If you have trouble with stairs, this will not be the house for you. It is not childproofed. Because of it's position and the large amount of property, this rental has a lot of wildlife surrounding it. Birds, rabbits, turtles, raccoons, bugs and snakes are all possibilities. If you do not embrace nature, it might be the wrong choice for you.
