In thw winter, have fun with snow Sleds. Available for onsite use. (Up to 88 lbs.) 1,500 sq. ft. walk-out apartment with 2 private entrances. The main entrance is off the patio. Cottonwood Creek Park across the street: There are nice trails connected to the park. The park does of course feature a creek with a trail along side. It's gorgeous!! The paved trail goes all the way to I-25 & hooks up with several other trails, so it's a long-distance runner's dream. Open spaces with great view of the mountains. The park has disc golf & a nice play area for the kids. Get away to Garden of the Gods, Mountains, Museums & local attractions. Easy access to Freeways, local Restaurants, takeout & delivery. No Smoking of any kind, cigarettes, pipes, CBD, candles or incense inside or out while on property. ($300.00 fee if smoking on property.) No Pets or Animal Guests allowed on the Space. One important part to our Airbnb is that it is there are "No additional fees for pets." We provide a clean & sanitized space for guests that have an allergic reaction to animal hair, smell & so on. No disrespect or discrimination intended to animals or their families. No Smoking of any kind on property. Guest access Make yourself at home in privacy of an open floor plan 1500 Sq. ft. One floor with 2 private entrances to guest apartment. If you are in the need for fresh air, step outside and enjoy the yard, lounging on the patio, deck and play a fun game of cornhole. Feeling hungry? Start the BBQ & dine together in 2 outdoor dining areas. After dinner relax by the outdoor fireplace in comfortable seating. Perhaps roast a marshmallow or sip a cup of hot chocolate. Just across the street is Cottonwood Creek Park. It is a great place to set mood & reinvigorate with the walking & running paths, 18-hole disc golf, soccer fields, baseball fields, tennis courts, or a splash in the indoor pool. Activities for all ages, In-line hockey court & playground or simply relax. Sports equipment, corn hole, ladder ball and more. WINTER: *2 Snow Racer Sleds available for onsite use when snow on the ground. (Up to 88 lbs.) Snow sleds for all 3 years old & above. *Separate sleds also available for all sizes. (2 years old & under must have adult assistantance.) Other things to note -Guests have exclusive use of the large outdoor space & 1500 sqft. inside the apartment and fenced outdoor yard. Additional Ammenites: Clothes iron and steamer, for preparation cart and 2 mid size refrigerator freezers. -Apartment Rules: Guests must remove shoes while inside. Guests must leave the interiors & exterior as they found it. Guests must clean dishes, pots, pans BBQ & utensils used during their stay before checking out. Guests to place all used linens on the floor at the staircase area prior to checking out. All inside trash must be taken out to the green trash can on the patio. No dangerous activities (fireworks) or use other dangerous activities for unlawful purposes on this property. -Safety Rule: When using the outdoor fireplace, the fireplace Must have screen on fireplace while flames are burning. -Only 3 logs of wood buring at a time for safety. While fire is burning the must not be left unattended. No fires after 12:00 AM. -WINTER: Snow Sleds racer sleds available for use only onsite snow on the ground. (Up to 88 lbs.) As well as various tobaggon sleds for all. No Parties. -All guests must be registered on your Airbnb reservation, maximum 7 overnight. All Overnight guests must be registered on the Airbnb reservation prior to check-in. If not listed on reservation, there is a $25.00 charge per unregistered guest per night of the reservation. -Visitors Welcome up to 9 additional people (not staying overnight after 1:00 am). -Maximum visitors onsite 9 - Total combined is 16 people for enjoying the property and socializing. -Upon immediate arrival on property / check in, by renter entering Jones Main Lodge you have confirmed you have read & agree to obey all house rules on Jones Main Lodge listing, lodge manual and lodge chalkboards. You fully agree to abide by house rules & house expectations. You understand rules are firmly set & expectations are agreed upon by renter and guests during your reservation occupancy. -Care of Premises/Damages: No Smoking of any kind inside or out while on property. There is an additional $200.00 cleaning charge for any kind of smoking on property, immediate cancelation of reservation, immediate check-out & no refunds. Hosts have 2 small dogs with them. The dogs are Not in the bnb spaces unless requested by guest. -No pets or animals policy. We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal. -No Pets or 4 legged guests allowed on the space. There is a $200.00 charge for non legal service animals animals brought on the property. -Service Animals. $100.00 pet cleaning fee, service animals. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1. Is the service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform? Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent and charges forvany damage to the property." -Limited Occupancy: Jones Main Lodge is limited to 7 overnight guest & 1 infant under 2 years of age. If the owner/host concludes this policy has been breached, the owner/host reserves the right to cancel reservation. Effective immediately the full reservation is canceled with no refund. -Non-Disturbance Clause: Renter & guests shall not make any disturbance, annoyance, (fireworks) conduct dangerous activities or use thereof on this property for any unlawful purposes. -Damages: Automatic forfeit of security deposit if renter violates house rules. Renter agrees to pay owner for any & all damages to furnishings, household items that occur as a result from renters' occupancy. (Including breaking no smoking/vapingon property) This will include any additional cleaning fees over $80.00 incurred as a result of renters' occupancy. +Owner/Host Rights: Short-term renter agrees that if the conditions & limitations set forth herein are not met (rules), the Owner/Host shall have the right to cancel this reservation immediately. Host may enter the property to inspect to ensure renter has vacated the property. All monies ($300.00) required for a deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. +Guests are financially responsible for reimbursement of negligence and intentional damages to the property.
