Only 10 min to dining and entertainment in Los Gatos, 20 min to Santa Cruz and an hour to San Francisco. Access to large network of trails for hiking and biking. One pet welcome. Max four guests. The space This apartment has its own entrance and a private patio. With two bedrooms, it sleeps four people. One bedroom has a queen bed and one bed room has two twin beds. Each bedroom also has a work station. There are two full bathrooms, one is off of the main bedroom and has a shower, and one bath room is accessed from the living room and has a bath tub. The kitchen and dining areas are small but have everything you need to cook meals and sit down for meals around a table. The fridge with freezer is fairly large, there is a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a large toaster oven. There is no oven and no dishwasher. Guest access The in-law unit is located half a mile from HW 17 on a private road. Max speed on the road is 15 mph. You can park up to two vehicles in the driveway in front of the unit. From your living room and patio there are views of nice landscaping in the garden and a large meadow where you often can see deer, coyotes and wild turkeys. From your bedrooms you can see a herd of horses and mountains in the background. There are private trails from the neighborhood where you see redwoods, wildlife and a nice view of the Lexington Reservoir. There is a possibility to use a laundry room by appointment. Other things to note If you want to meet the horses please make an appointment with your host who is happy to give you a safe interaction with these majestic creatures. Guests are not allowed to interact with the horses without a host present.
