Portage Place is a 45-minute drive to Duluth, Grand Rapids, and Big Sandy Lake. Nearby is a beautiful walking trail and river walk. This studio is spacious and offers a small-town feel, quietness, and many comforts of home. Eat out locally or make home-cooked meals. A great place to escape and unwind. The space After a long day, you'll love the spacious large shower. Along with a dining area, the kitchenette offers a prep space, a cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer. Have dinner at home (lakeside), or enjoy a cold drink sitting in the outdoor seating area. Other things to note Spacious and private. The rental is adjacent to a physical therapy clinic that is open MWF until 4pm. Our kitchenette does not have a sink, but a wash tub and drying rack provided, helps with the clean up should you choose to cook.
