We're centrally located in the Merriam Park neighborhood, just steps away from award-winning restaurants and trendy shops. Allianz Field, St Thomas University, St Cate's and the LRT rail station is just a mile away. Our neighbors love us and appreciate that we’re providing an exceptional short-term rental in our darling Merriam Park neighborhood. Please, no visitors past 10:00 pm. We want to ensure your stay is absolutely as you had envisioned it; if something is not up to snuff, please let us know. We will correct it right away. We also welcome everyone and anyone. No exceptions. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Your group will be the only occupants in the house. Other things to note Our first value is keeping our guests safe and healthy. Our usual sanitization procedures have always utilized hospital-grade disinfectants. To give our guests even more peace of mind, we've expanded the cleaning protocols focusing on high frequency touch points such as television remotes, Alexa buttons, door knobs and light switches. We are distributing additional cleaning supplies to our rooms and ventilating between guests. The house is not heated with a HVAC system (circulating air) but by radiator heat.
