Guest access There is also an outdoor picket fenced in yard with a Hudson River view with table and chairs, and bench for your use and enjoyment. This space is shared with a resident of another apartment when rented. Other things to note Enjoy the extraordinary light of the day in the apartment. The sun rises on one side of the house, and sets on the other. Really special!!
