This is a fantastic, central location and still private with a big screened in deck with a great country view and 3 acres for lawn games and hide and go seek in the woods. 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the top floor, 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the lower floor. To help those that are working from home we have converted one of the downstairs bedrooms into an office (with a futon). There's a galley kitchen with oven and cooktop, dishwasher and eat in nook for kids. Separate dining room opens into a spacious living room. Best thing is location - right behind Mulligan's restaurant and walking distance to Orvis, the Fly Fishing Museum, the stores at the Equinox Resort and all the great new hotels in town. Guests have access to the full 2 story private house plus amenities at the Wilburton Inn, including tennis courts. PET POLICY: We charge an additional $125/per dog for the length of stay. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house. Guests are required to sign our dog waiver when they check in. They are responsible for any damage to the house caused by their dogs. They must also clean up after their pets. In honor of our 4 legged innkeeper, Jetson, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels stay free. You can call our inn and pay for our dog fee by credit card after you've booked the house with Airbnb. Any dogs that are not pre-approved before booking and sneak in are charged a penalty of $250. We live three miles away at our family inn and have housekeepers and handymen on staff who can always come by and help. Manchester is a FANTASTIC, charming 4 season resort town - 10 minutes away from downhill skiing at Bromley Mountain and 20 minutes away from downhill skiing at Stratton. There are top designer outlet stores like Polo, Kate Spade, Armani, Coach. Great summer theatre. Excellent restaurants year round. It is just a wonderful town for fall foliate, winter sports, spring awakening and verdant summers with golf, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, etc. You need a car Our cancelation policy is very strict. We keep $250 as a cancelation fee and refund whatever else we can re-rent it for given the short notice if you cancel.
