You will have full access to the apartment; there are no locked doors or cabinets. Other things to note • Located on the 2nd floor of an 8-unit historic building • The building is over 110 years old, so sound can travel — you might hear footsteps above • Please keep noise down during quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Shared laundry is in the basement (not inside the unit) • Shared porch upstairs is open for guest use • The floor heater grate can get hot — don’t step on it barefoot • No parties, events, or extra guests • No smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, or incense • No pets allowed • The Roku Smart TV is available for guest use—please log in with your own streaming accounts during your stay.
