Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space Welcome to our elegant, simple, and fresh home! On the first floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room. The living room is perfect for gathering or relaxing in the reading nook, while the cozy sunroom offers a TV for extra comfort. The dining room seats 6 comfortably, and there’s a private patio for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a private office. Two guest rooms offer a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, respectively. The newly renovated bathroom includes a tub/shower. The entire home is filled with natural light and boasts beautiful nature views from the second floor. Downstairs, you’ll find an additional TV room, access to the garage, and the washer/dryer. Guest access Guests will have easy access to the home through an electronic keypad on the front door, providing a smooth and convenient check-in process. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. If you need anything at all, our PGH Stay Co team is available via messaging around the clock. Other things to note We use this house as a family home while I'm working in the Pittsburgh area, and rent it out during our time away. The unfinished basement family room does have some of our son's toys—feel free to play with them if you have kids (or are a kid at heart!). Enjoy!
