Cozy Basement near downtown & major highways

The space This cozy basement is in the perfect location! Close to all all major highways and 10 minutes to Coors Field! In the living room there is a hot/cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, coffe maker and a tray with tea, coffee, creamer and sugar. We are 420 friendly! Note: please be aware that we are 420 friendly meaning there may be a smell of cannabis. Early check-in requests will be an additional $30 Guest access back yard access. Other things to note PLEASE DO NOTE THAT WE LIVE UPSTAIRS AND HAVE TWO LITTLE ONES AND IT MAY GET A LITTLE NOISY AT TIMES.
