FINS to the Left - Duplex East Side The space FINS to the Left is a spacious 2,600 sq. ft. duplex designed for family fun and relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to the large ocean-side pool shared with FINS to the Right. The home features bright, fresh rooms, including a master suite with a wall of windows opening to a private porch. The great room includes a game table, and there is a dedicated kids’ TV area. Amenities include 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs with movie channels, WiFi, two covered ocean-side porches, two sundecks, and an additional sundeck near the beach access. Outside, enjoy rockers, a picnic table, charcoal and gas grills (guests provide fuel), and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking accommodates up to 7 vehicles. Included With Weekly Rentals: Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.) Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property. Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August. Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
