Any other activity (e.g. oil change, car detail, etc.) is prohibited in the garage and on the property. Garage door and all doors must remain closed/locked at all times. Furniture may not be moved without seeking permission from the host. No grills allowed on the property. Please keep shoes off carpets. Garbage and Recycle dumpsters must be taken out every Sunday night and placed back in the garage after pickup on Monday. Quiet time after 10 pm. No parties allowed.
