The Coach House is a beautiful lofted apartment attached owner’s lakefront home on Wonder Lake. Enjoy the unique Art Deco/Fusion interior design. This modern unit is cozy yet spacious and features two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a deck. The unit sleeps 4-5 comfortably. This modern day Coach House is 1,200 square foot lofted space. There is a private entrance and living space (kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms). Outside has seating with views of beach and lake, a fire-pit, Weber 22”charcoal grill. Guest have access to sand beach, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, rowboat, and swing set. Guests will have access to the side yard, 2 piers, beach, row boat, kayaks, canoes, and fire pit lounge area. Swing set, 2 hole putting green, Beach area and boats shared with next door vacation rental. Guests will not have access to owners house, deck, hot tub, boat house deck, ski boat, jetski, or personal pier. I will meet guests outside the property for check in and a brief orientation. If guests need anything they can text me and I will get back in a few minutes. Wonder Lake is a private community located in McHenry County. The town is packed full of events such as weekly water ski shows, fishing competitions, snowmobiling races, boating events and a 4th of July fireworks display that rivals neighboring towns like Lake Geneva. Highly suggest driving a car. Metra train will get you to McHenry or Woodstock, but then you would need to hop a bus to Wonder Lake. Wonder Lake is a private lake. There are currently no boat or pontoon rentals available. Guest can rent pontoons from nearby communities of Lake Geneva or Chain of Lakes. Guest have access to kayaks, canoes, rowboat, swing set a 2 hole putting green free of charge. Due to lake being private guest cannot bring their own boats.
