This modern, cottage is located in Monson, Maine, a quaint, family-friendly, town just miles from some of Maine's most beautiful attractions. The property is operated by Chef Lulu of The Quarry, a fine dining restaurant just across the street, please make a reservation if you’d like to dine with us! We are open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings! This two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage comfortably sleeps, four guests. Guests will have access to the entire house, this house sits on its own, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, television, WiFi, and comfortable living space. This house can only be rented up to ten days. No monthly rentals. The house sits on its own with parking in the back. The barn is used by artists only, and the driveway is shared with artists in the residency program. We are proud to call Monson home and look forward to welcoming you to town! Guests can book a cooking class with Chef Lulu at the Quarry Restaurant located across the street from the Quarry House/Patten. This property is within walking distance of Lake Hebron, Monson Art Gallery, Monson Health Center, snowmobile trails, local eateries, Monson General Store, Appalachian Trail Visitor's Center, and the Monson Historical Society. Conveniently located 15mi from the Moosehead Lake Region, 10mi from Borestone Mountain, 20mi from the Piscataquis Ice Arena, and a one hour commute from Bangor International Airport. Unfortunately, no public transportation is available. Walking distance to a Fine Dining Restaurant, the Lakeshore Pub, Spring Creek Barbeque, Monson Pottery, AE Robinson Convenience store. A five minutes drive Turning Page Farm ( beer garden), Moose Safari in Greenville, so many more adventures around nearby. *Note busy main road with loud trucks, log trucks etc very close to road. May not be suitable for young kids, and toddlers.
