A casual theme has been kept for this beautiful secluded master, with a full size walk-in closet, two sink vanity, garden bath tub, toilet room, and shower; sunlit with windows facing North, East, and South. Material shading inside feels peaceful, and allows for comfort during the bright days. Kitchenette commensurate includes a selection of appliances available for light cooking. Please refer to additional house rules list. Guests are able to come and go discreetly via courtyard, through the East front gate, and the outside gated private walkway and patio South facing bay door entrance, using the keypad. This suite is securely separate from other areas of the property with gate locks provided, private entrance, enclosed patio and yard fencing. Spacious sidewalks in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. Central temperature is set. Guests also have the option to further cool or heat by controlling the portable units located inside. Guest access Guests will be given a keypad code for the access from private outside back patio bay door entrance that opens directly into this master suite, secured and set apart from the remainder of the house. *Full private access: *Master Suite having an attached bath, shower, garden tub, twin sinks, and a separate toilet room with storage cabinets. *Fenced in backyard patio area with lounge chairs and tables. *Desk workspace, basic furnishings, 1bed. *Ethernet Connection upon request. *Kitchen commensurate where guests can cook, refrigerate and freeze with food preparation surfaces. Cooking appliances included are microwave, and additionally coffee maker and toaster upon request. *Cutting boards, place mats, plastic cups, and paper towels. *Gloves, scrubbers, wash pan, dish soap & additionally drainer upon request. *Barbecue utensils and some fuel used for grilling food. *Aloe available, first aid kit, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide. *Extinguisher & alarm. *Blow dryer, hand soap, towels, bed linens. *Extra pillows and blankets upon request. *Toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry soap, scrubbing supplies & broom. *Ceiling Fan, Portable air conditioning & heater. *Fresh Exchange of bed linens, blankets, and towels per registered guest each week. Other things to note *Minimum 30days must be selected on the calendar. **This listing is a secured private home, not a public accommodation facility subject to ADA Title III, nor considered a HUD housing provider. It is required that all occupants including term visitors as guests, are mentioned on the reservation. This enables host official confirmation of those permitted or expected on the property for liability reasons and pursuant to Federal and Nevada State Law. ***Meeting Marie briefly upon commencement of registration is required at guest’s earliest convenience, or by appointment in addition to self check in. Please make prior arrangements with Marie. Guests are able to come and go discreetly for the stay duration via private southeast patio bay door entrance; keypad code is provided remotely prior to arrival. ****Marie is able to meet mostly daytime hours starting as early as 5~6am and by appointment only. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is closely monitored by the HOA, it is not allowed to loiter in front of this, or neighboring properties anytime. Can meet Marie around the private back patio area, inside the courtyard, if feasible. If waiting in a vehicle; the regular sized, one space that is shaded past morning hours is designated parking in the driveway for registered guest cars. Or, there is the nearby small community park to relax. Luggage can be temporarily placed or left on private back patio, or inside the front courtyard, or in the designated parking space, if not occupied by a guest vehicle. Oversized or additional vehicle parking is allowed along the walls close to the park, if space permits. Guests are not allowed to park on the street directly in front of this or neighbors houses between the hours of 10pm to 7am. *****Co-host information will be provided as needed.
