Located in the heart of the popular and historic neighborhood of Harlem. A block from Apollo Theater & Harlem's restaurant row; 10 mins (1 subway stop!) to Columbus Circle and <15 mins to Midtown (A,B,C,D trains 1 min from front door). The block has three community gardens and mins from gyms, movie theater, parks, tons of shopping on 125th st and more. The space **Added: Adjustable standing bamboo desk, with an external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and dependable WiFi for working from home! Quiet, comfortable apartment great for unwinding from all the vibrancy of Harlem and NYC. I love my apartment and am pretty sure you will too! Some highlights: - Exposed brick spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, couch, chairs, and private balcony. The couch also pulls out into a bed with a memory foam sofa bed mattress. There is even a half bath (sink and toilet) off the front living room, which is rare in NYC. - Master bedroom with a comfy Queen-sized mattress, large flat screen TV, large closet, and a spacious master bathroom (jacuzzi included + separate large walk-in shower with natural light). - Off the living room area, there is a fantastic, BIG kitchen with tons of counter space for those who love to cook (if you love coffee you are in luck... 4 or 5 ways to make your coffee). The kitchen is complete with all essentials and an expandable dining table and breakfast bar. - In-unit washer/dryer. Two high-power air conditioners for hot summer days and heat radiators throughout the apartment for winter months (with individual control for the apartment, which can also be rare in NYC apartment buildings). - Building is quiet, historic, and recently renovated including an elevator. - The location could not be better (which I'm sure you already know if you are familiar with NYC). Harlem is a great neighborhood with so much to offer... if you want access to the rest of the city, the express subway is just feet away taking you to Columbus Circle on multiple express subways in just one stop!
