This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk. The space The main level has a large wrap around deck with rockers and chairs to enjoy the pond and beautiful views. It has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with gas fireplaces in each room. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a shower, tub, vanity and gas fireplace. The lower level has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, reading nook and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, couch, TV and reading nook. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. Other things to note We do not allow pets. We do not recommend this space for small children because of the pond and many escape doors.
