Certain outdoor areas are maintained seasonally for your safety and comfort. Hot Tub Etiquette: Before entering the hot tub, guests are required to agree to the provided hot tub rules for a safe and enjoyable experience. Shared Backyard Oasis: Explore the shared backyard, complete with an outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ, cozy seating areas, a fire pit, and the relaxing hot tub. While access to the dock is available, we kindly ask that you use the 117 stairs down to the river at your own risk. Additionally, as a house rule, refrain from accessing the stairs and dock after sunset. Residential Consideration: To maintain a pleasant atmosphere in our residential area, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times. Common Queries: Q: Can we have an early check-in? A: Early check-ins may be possible, depending on the cleaning needs post the previous stay. We confirm specific times on the day of arrival. Q: Hot tub availability? A: Yes, the hot tub is open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly limit use to approximately an hour to accommodate other guests. Extreme weather may affect availability. Q: Use of the firepit? A: Yes, the firepit is accessible year-round, except in extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, firewood is not provided. Q: Dock availability? A: The dock is accessible from spring to early fall, subject to weather and water levels. Our goal is to have the dock available from the Victoria Day long weekend in May to late October/early November. Q: Access to kayaks/pedal boat? A: Yes, guests can use two kayaks and the pedal boat when the dock is accessible. Exceptions may apply depending on irregularly strong river currents. Q: Pet policy exceptions?
