I am highly allergy to animals and since I maintain the property before, during and after your stay, this would place my health in danger. If you or anyone in your party is found with an animal of any sort on our cottage property, you will be charged an additional $ 150.00 cleaning fee, and will be asked to immediately vacate the cottage, forfeiting any refund.
