This quaint, but spacious townhouse is ideal for a private getaway, University of Georgia events, or a fun-filled football Saturday in the Classic City! It is pet friendly, in close proximity to UGA’s campus and stadium, and a short walk to downtown food, entertainment, and sights. This clean and homey space is perfect for coffee on the deck, snuggling up on the couch for a Netflix binge, or a stroll by the river on the Greenway (just down the hill). The space The open floor plan downstairs allows interaction between cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Enjoy your favorite beverage or snack at the tall top “bar” dividing kitchen/living room. Dining table is adjacent to bar and comfortably seats four. A half bathroom is located on the first level as well as a private deck with a patio table and plenty of space to watch squirrels play and the sun set. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one for each of the bedrooms, both fitted with queen beds. The couch downstairs pulls out into a queen bed, sheets and pillow located in upstairs linen closet.
