Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. As our guest, you’ll also have access to the community amenities (dog park, pool, fitness center). Other things to note Pets <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please. Must be approved in advance and $10/night pet fee will be added. >>Please note that this apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on community property - not even on your apartment patio, in your car in the parking lot, etc. << Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know! FAQ: Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need? A: No worries! We specialize in flexible stays and are happy to provide extra flexibility above/beyond the platform's policies. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you have the option to extend if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out so we have time to find another guest. Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates? A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, we'll be happy to shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice and won't be responsible for paying for any nights beyond that. Terms apply. Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you? A: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We go above and beyond to impress our guests - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the comfort of our beds to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality. If anything is worth splurging on, we believe it's the place you come home to every night. If you agree, then we might be a great fit. :) Q: Are the photos recent and do they show the place exactly as it will look when I arrive? A: All photos show the exact apartment you'll be renting, exactly the way it will look when you arrive...even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters on the beds.
