Private well appointed room

Character home centrally located in Vancouver. You will have a private room and private bathroom. You will enter the home through our shared mud room which will lead you to the entrance to your private area. You will be given a 4 digit code for self check in or if you prefer you can message us and we will be happy to meet you. There is a small fridge, a table for eating, and we provide coffee, tea, fruit and granola bars to help start your day. There is no microwave or cooking facilities. The space Private bedroom. Chair, desk, wardrobe. T.V. Private water closet (toilet). Private bathroom with tub, shower, sink and vanity. Private eating area. Coffee, tea, water, fruit, yogurt, granola bars complimentary Guest access You will have access to the shared mud room where you can store your luggage, coats, shoes, bikes skis etc. There is a white bifold door in the hallway that helps define your space. Guests are asked to stay within the space provided as indicated in the photos. We have a washer and dryer, and guests may have their laundry done while they are with us if they are staying for one week or longer. Other things to note The house is a character turn of the century home and as such guests may hear the residents walking on the floors above them. Your space is a divided off part of our basement, so you may hear us in our laundry room or family room. As stated, we operate our Air BnB with an attitude of mutual respect and we encourage guests to communicate with us regarding how we can make their stay more comfortable.
